Sample Linux Driver for plx 9052

Hi Experts,

I would appreciate it if someone could show me a link
to a sample minimal pci linux device driver for plx's
pci 9052 chip. any links..??

i've already checked out jungo but i'd like to see a
less generic type of code supporting new kernel calls,
etc.
