Purchasing/Return Policy
If you wish to license or make purchases of products or services described on the Site, you will be asked to supply certain information, including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information that you provide to PCI-SIG will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges relating to your purchases.
Note: These boards are not available for resale and are to be used by members of the PCI-SIG only.
Non-Defective returns
We will accept returns on non-defective products returned for credit or exchange, but we will not be able to refund shipping and handling fees, the return or exchange must be completed within 30 days from the shipment date, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to PCI-SIG. We suggest that you use a return shipping method that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to our facility.
Non-defective electronic document Compact CD's that have been opened are not returnable under any circumstances.
Defective returns
Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 30 days from the shipment date.
Defective Fox Fire II test card issues should be resolved by calling Annapolis Micro Systems; please see the contact information below. The Fox Fire II test card must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the Technical Support Staff at the manufacturer.

Important exceptions to returns policy
No return will be accepted without a return authorization (RA) number. To request a RA number, please contact a PCI-SIG Customer Service Specialist; please see the contact information below. RA numbers are valid for ten business days after issue. Your RA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. Affix a label to the box: PLEASE DO NOT MARK THE BOX ITSELF IN ANY WAY.
