PCI-SIG Technical Support

A benefit of being a PCI-SIG member is complimentary technical support from PCI experts. The SIG has contracted with QuestTech to provide this service.

In keeping with the nature of the PCI-SIG as a members driven organization, only current PCI-SIG members will have access to Technical Support. Please include your company name and your employee email address at the beginning of your question. Responses will be sent to your employee email address if different from the submitting email address.

Employees of PCI-SIG member companies may submit written questions to technical support. Send tech support email (Members Only). Questions will typically be responded to within two business days.

For questions or requests reaching a broader audience, The Dini Group has set up email reflectors that can be monitored and referenced for useful information on a subscription basis.
